Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level I & II

Reiki is a Japanese technique that attunes the energy flow within the body and allows for natural healing processes to occur.  With a gentle touch or by placing the hands on the body.  Reiki works with spiritually guided life force energy to treat the body, mind, heart, and soul.

Level I is an introduction to the general principles and history of Reiki.  Students learn hand placement and receive attunements focused on opening the energy channels on a physical level.  This part of the course assists the integration of the energy and enables the ability for self-healing and the healing of others.

​

Level II students are given the first three symbols of Reiki and taught how to activate and use them: Power Technique, Mental/Emotional Technique, and Distance Healing Technique.  The Reiki II attunement strengthens the practitioner's connection to Reiki energy and empowers the symbols, allowing for Reiki Distance Healing by establishing a connection with the recipient across space and time.  Once attuned to Reiki, you will be able to use this powerful gift and heal yourself and others.

  • Definition and History or Reiki

  • Reiki Ideals

  • Hand positions used for self treatment and on others

  • Grounding and centering both you and the client

  • Gassho Meditation

  • Byosen Scanning - detecting where energy is needed

  • Reiji-Ho - using inner guidance

  • Kenyoku - dry bathing to clear your energy field

  • Gyoshi-ho - sending Reiki with the eyes

  • 3 Power Symbols - how to draw, activate and use

  • Performing Distance Reiki

  • Hands on practice time on treating yourself and others

Usui Holy Fire Reiki ART/Master

​

This 2-Day course includes both Advanced Reiki Training (ART) and Reiki Master Training.  Students receive the Master Practitioner attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy.  After successful completion of the Master class, you will be able to initiate students into all levels of Reiki.
